I share spiritual tools and teachings grounded in practicality - because when it comes to living with intention and purpose, we've gotta blend the woo and the do.
For the last 9 years, I’ve been sharing the #ownyourhappy message & helping women transform the way they think and feel about themselves so they can live their most aligned & joy-full life.
I’ve had the joy of supporting hundreds of women to reconnect with their intuition, heal blocks around feeling worthy and 'good enough', and reclaim their confidence and self-trust with my blend of energy healing and mindset work.

It’s the times we don’t honour our intuition that we start to feel heavy.
It’s the moments we don’t pause, instead push on with the ‘doing', that we feel disconnected from joy and life feels hard.
It’s when stress, fatigue, doubt or overthinking take up more space in our mind/body/heart than our dreams do, that our inner light feels dim.
Our inner wisdom tries to speak to us, but its whispers may be hard to hear over the noise of the world. Our body gives us 'out of alignment' clues but we can be too busy to pay attention. The Universe sends us signs and guidance, but how open are we to receive?
