1. Introduction

Welcome to The Happy Co Wellness (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, products, services, and content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

The Happy Co Wellness provides wellness, spiritual development, and personal growth resources, including but not limited to:

  •  Light Club — online membership offering meditation, energetic support, coaching, and community content
  •  Reiki Healing — in-person and online energy healing sessions
  •  Reiki Training — accredited Reiki certification courses delivered in person
  •  Free Resources — meditations, wellness tools, journaling prompts, and downloads
  •  Digital Products & Programs — audio meditations, online courses, video content, PDF guides, and future digital offerings
  •  Physical Products — wellness, spiritual, and lifestyle products that may be offered in the future

We may add, update, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in paid services or programs.
Minors may participate in services only with written parental/guardian consent.

4. Payment & Billing

You agree to provide accurate payment information when purchasing or subscribing.

For recurring memberships (e.g., Light Club):

  •  Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled
  •  You authorise all recurring charges until you cancel
  •  Membership access ends when subscription expires or is cancelled

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital and energetic nature of our offerings:

  •  Digital products, meditations, and downloads are non-refundable
  •  Light Club membership may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing cycle
  •  Reiki sessions & training bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance — late cancellations may forfeit payment

Custom program refunds or exceptions may be offered at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including meditations, audio files, videos, PDFs, training materials, branding, graphics, and written content — is protected by copyright.

You may not:

  •  Share, reproduce, or resell our content
  •  Post or distribute content publicly
  •  Use content to create your own programs, courses, or products

Content is for personal use only unless express written permission is given.

7. Community Guidelines

When participating in Light Club or other community spaces, you agree to:

  •  Treat others with kindness and respect
  •  Maintain confidentiality of shared information
  •  Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harm toward others
  •  Use spaces for personal growth, not promotion or solicitation

We may remove access for breach of community standards without refund.

8. Wellness Disclaimer

Our services support emotional, energetic, intuitive, and personal wellbeing.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
You should seek professional advice for medical, psychological, legal, or financial concerns.

9. Results Disclaimer

Personal growth results vary. We do not guarantee:

  •  Specific emotional or energetic outcomes
  •  Financial or life results from coaching or programs
  •  Healing results or intuitive experiences

Your personal effort and circumstances influence your results.

We may share third-party links or resources.
We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or policies of external websites.

12. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

13. Website Availability

You acknowledge that internet traffic, server maintenance, or technical issues may occasionally impact access to our website and online platforms.
Accordingly, The Happy Co Wellness cannot be held responsible for any temporary delays, disruptions, or interruptions that are normal in the course of internet use.

You further acknowledge and accept that thehappyco.com.au (including any connected membership or course platforms such as Kajabi) may be unavailable from time to time due to updates, maintenance, or system upgrades.
While we take care to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or digital services.

 

14. Termination, Suspension & Force Majeure

The Happy Co Wellness reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Light Club, the website, or any of our online platforms at any time if:

  •  You breach these Terms & Conditions or community guidelines,
  •  A payment is overdue or fails to process,
  •  Your conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the community, or
  •  Continued participation is not in energetic or professional alignment with the values of The Happy Co Wellness.

In such cases, access may be withdrawn immediately, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your membership or program.
We always aim to communicate openly and fairly before taking any such step.

 

15, Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

The Happy Co Wellness shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include (but is not limited to) natural disasters, acts of government, internet or hosting outages, technical failures, pandemics, illness, strikes, or any other event that makes delivery of services temporarily impossible.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to continue or resume services as soon as practicable, or to offer alternative solutions such as rescheduled sessions or replacement content.

 

16. Electronic Communications

By engaging with The Happy Co Wellness, you consent to receive all communications from us in electronic form.
This includes emails, digital notices, invoices, confirmations, membership updates, and any information related to your bookings, purchases, or participation in our programs.

You acknowledge that all electronic communications sent by The Happy Co Wellness satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We recommend checking your email regularly (including your spam or promotions folders) to ensure you receive important updates regarding your membership, sessions, or courses.

All contact and communication from us will come from karen@thehappyco.com.au or through our official website and member portals (e.g., Kajabi).
You may unsubscribe from general marketing emails at any time, though essential service communications related to your membership or transactions will continue as required.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Happy Co Wellness, including Karen Harrison, any team members, contractors, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of:

  •  Your use or inability to access our website, programs, or digital content;
  •  Delays, interruptions, or errors in website performance or online delivery;
  •  The use of any information, guidance, or services provided through Light Club, Reiki sessions, or Reiki Training courses; or
  •  Any event beyond our reasonable control.

All information, services, and resources provided by The Happy Co Wellness are offered in good faith for educational and wellbeing purposes.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and supportive content, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, personal results, or uninterrupted access to our digital platforms.

You agree that your participation and use of our offerings are voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for your own choices, wellbeing, and results.
