  1. Introduction

Welcome to The Happy Co Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our website, services, digital products, physical products, memberships, and programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Our Services

The Happy Co Wellness provides wellness, spiritual development, and personal growth offerings, including:

  • Light Club — online membership offering meditations, energetic support, coaching, and community content
  • Light Mail – Physical Monthly Mail Subscription — monthly intuitive snail mail delivered via Australia Post
  • Reiki Healing — in-person and online energy healing sessions
  • Reiki Training — accredited Reiki certification courses delivered in person
  • Digital Products & Programs — audio meditations, PDF guides, online courses, and video content
  • Free Resources — meditations, journaling prompts, guides, and wellness tools

We may update, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in paid services.
Minors may participate only with written parental/guardian consent.

  1. Payment & Billing

4.1 Light Club

  • Membership is $33 AUD/month 
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime in your Kajabi member settings
  • Access remains active until the end of your paid billing cycle.

4.2 Light Mail

  • Light Mail subscription is billed monthly at $14 AUD.
  • One-off gift purchases are single, non-renewing payments.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise recurring charges where applicable.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Digital Products

Digital downloads and online programs are non-refundable.

5.2 Light Club

  • Cancel anytime via your Kajabi member portal.
  • No refunds for change of mind or unused time.
  • Content access ends at the end of your billing cycle.

5.3 Reiki Sessions & Training

  • Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may result in forfeited payment.

5.4 Light Mail

  • Refunds are not available once payment has been processed.
  • This applies to both subscriptions and one-off gifts.
  • Replacement mail will be sent once per cycle when reasonable and where stock allows.
  • Gift purchases are final.

  1. Intellectual Property

All digital, physical, written, audio, and visual content is owned by The Happy Co Wellness.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, share, or distribute content
  • Repurpose content for your own business or programs
  • Upload or publish our content anywhere online

Content is for personal use only unless written permission is granted.

  1. Community Guidelines (Light Club & Group Spaces)

By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat others with kindness and respect
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Avoid harmful, discriminatory, or aggressive behaviour
  • Avoid promoting or selling products or services

We may remove access without refund if guidelines are breached.

  1. Wellness Disclaimer

Our offerings support emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
Seek professional advice when required.

  1. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific energetic or emotional outcomes
  • Personal transformation results
  • Financial, relational, or life changes

Results depend on personal circumstances and participation.

  1. Light Mail – Physical Monthly Mail Subscription

10.1 Subscription Models

Light Mail is available as:

  • A monthly subscription (recurring)
  • A one-off gift purchase (non-renewing)

10.2 Fulfilment & Timing

  • Subscribe on or before the 10th → receive that month’s mail
  • Subscribe after the 10th → receive next month’s mail
  • All mail is sent via regular Australia Post (untracked)

10.3 Address Management

You can manage your subscription under your Account when you’re logged in, or simply email [email protected] and we’ll handle it for you
Address changes must be emailed to [email protected] before the 5th of the month.

10.4 Delivery, Delays & Lost Mail

Because Light Mail is untracked:

  • Delivery times vary
  • Postal delays are outside our control
  • If lost or damaged, a single replacement will be provided per cycle, where reasonable and where stock allows

10.5 Refunds

  • No refunds are available for subscriptions or gifts
  • Gift purchases are final and non-reversible once payment is processed

10.6 Discontinuation of Light Mail

If Light Mail is discontinued:

  • Subscribers will receive all mail owed for paid periods
  • No further charges will be taken
  • No refunds will be offered for partial periods
  • Gift purchases will be honoured where stock allows

10.7 Intuitive Card Selection & Customer Experience

Each Light Mail envelope includes an oracle card selected intuitively by Karen. This is a guided energetic process, not based on personal preference or customisation.

By joining Light Mail, you acknowledge that:

  • You may receive a card you didn’t expect
  • Some cards may feel confronting, surprising, or unclear
  • Personal interpretation is part of the experience

Not resonating with your card does not qualify for a refund or additional replacement.

Often, the message we resist the most holds the deepest insight.
Light Mail is designed as a ritual of intuition, synchronicity, and self-inquiry — not a personalised coaching or card-reading service.
Your openness to what arrives is part of the magic.

  1. External Links & Third-Party Services

We may share external resources.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy.

  1. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

  1. Website Availability

The website and connected platforms may experience downtime due to maintenance, service interruptions, or internet issues.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

  1. Termination, Suspension & Access

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are breached
  • Payments fail
  • Behaviour is harmful or inappropriate
  • Participation is no longer in energetic alignment

No refunds will be issued for unused time.

  1. Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Illness
  • Postal service interruptions
  • Hosting or server outages
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures
  1. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receiving communications electronically.
This satisfies any legal requirement for written notice.
Emails will come from [email protected] or official platforms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost, delayed, or damaged mail
  • Outcomes or decisions based on our services
  • Website access issues
  • Misuse of content
  • Interpretation of oracle cards

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
