LIGHT MAIL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Light Mail

Light Mail is your monthly moment of real-world magic — a snail-mail experience of intuition, guidance, and gentle encouragement delivered straight to your letterbox.
Please read these terms carefully so you know exactly what to expect. They protect your experience, your expectations, and the energetic integrity of this offering.

By subscribing to Light Mail or purchasing a Light Mail gift, you agree to the following:

 

💫 1. Subscription & Billing

1.1 Monthly Subscription

  •  Light Mail is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $14 AUD per month.
  •  Payments are processed automatically each month using your selected payment method.
  • You can manage your subscription under Account → Billing when you’re logged in, or simply email [email protected] and we’ll handle it for you.

    If you’d like to do it yourself, here are the steps to note down:

    1. Log in to the site (using the email and password you signed up with).
    2. Click your Profile / Account (usually in the top-right corner).
    3. Go to Billing or Subscriptions.
    4. Find your active subscription (e.g. “Light Mail – Monthly”).
    5. Click Cancel on the relevant subscription.
  •  Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  •  Refunds are not available once payment has been processed, as each month’s mail is prepared and posted individually.

1.2 One-Off Gift Purchases

  •  Gift purchases are single, non-renewing payments.
  •  Gift recipients are not added to a subscription.
  •  Gift purchases are final once processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

💌 2. What’s Included Each Month

Each Light Mail envelope contains:

  •  1 intuitively selected oracle card
  •  1 monthly letter from Karen
  •  1 postcard-sized quote or message
  •  1 mini business-card-sized inspiration card

All items are created, curated, printed, and packaged by hand with care.

 

📮 3. Fulfilment & Delivery Timelines

3.1 Monthly Cut-Off

To keep delivery fair and consistent:

  •  Join or purchase by the 10th of the month → receive this month’s Light Mail
  •  Join after the 10th → first mail will arrive the following month

3.2 Delivery Method

  •  All mail is sent via regular Australia Post without tracking.
  •  Delivery times vary depending on location, season, postal volume, and external conditions.
  •  Postal delays do not qualify for refunds or discounts.
  • Australia Post’s regular letter service generally takes 3-7 business days as an approximation

 

🏠 4. Address Management

Because Light Mail subscribers do not receive an account dashboard:

  •  All address updates must be emailed to [email protected]
  •  Updates must be received before the 5th of the month to apply to the current cycle

We cannot replace or refund mail that is lost due to:

  •  incorrect
  •  incomplete
  •  outdated
    addresses supplied by the customer.

 

🔮 5. Intuitive Oracle Card Selection

Each oracle card in Light Mail is chosen intuitively — a guided energetic process informed by resonance, not personal request or customer preference.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

  •  You may receive a card you wouldn’t personally choose
  •  Some messages may feel unexpected, confronting, or unclear
  •  Intuitive reflection is part of the emotional and spiritual value of Light Mail

Not resonating with your card is not grounds for a refund or replacement.

Often, the message we resist the most holds the deepest insight.
Light Mail is designed as a ritual of synchronicity, reflection, and intuition — not a personalised card-reading or bespoke selection service.

 

📦 6. Replacement Policy (Lost or Damaged Mail)

Because Light Mail is sent via untracked post, delays or issues may occur that are outside of our control.

If your envelope is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, a one-time replacement per cycle may be issued:

  •  when reasonable
  •  and where stock allows

Replacement items may differ slightly depending on availability.

 

🚫 7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

  •  Monthly Light Mail subscription payments
  •  One-off gift purchases
  •  Delays caused by Australia Post
  •  Non-delivery arising from incorrect customer addresses
  •  Dissatisfaction with the intuitive oracle card or message
  •  Change of mind

Each piece of Light Mail is handcrafted, printed, and prepared specifically for your order.

 

🖼 8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Light Mail materials — including letters, teachings, artwork, quotes, card layouts, writings, and inspiration cards — are the intellectual property of The Happy Co Wellness and protected by copyright.

You are welcome to personally re-gift the physical items you receive.

However, you may not:

  •  copy, scan, photograph for reproduction, or digitise Light Mail content
  •  reprint or redistribute materials
  •  upload or publish Light Mail content online
  •  repurpose content for your own business, courses, social media, print products, or brand
  •  sell, resell, or market Light Mail items as your own
  •  use any element of Light Mail in commercial or public-facing projects without written permission

Your subscription grants you private, personal use only.

Any unauthorised duplication, misuse, or commercialisation of Light Mail content may result in termination and legal action.

 

🌿 9. Disclaimer

Light Mail offers spiritual and intuitive content for personal reflection and wellbeing.
It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for your own interpretations, emotional responses, and personal decisions based on Light Mail.

The Happy Co Wellness is not liable for outcomes, reactions, or decisions arising from your participation.

 

⚠️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Happy Co Wellness is not liable for:

  •  lost, damaged, or delayed mail
  •  dissatisfaction with intuitive selection
  •  postal errors or service interruptions
  •  personal interpretation of messages
  •  indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  •  incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  •  any circumstances outside our reasonable control

Participation in Light Mail is voluntary and at your own discretion.

 

🔧 11. Service Changes or Discontinuation

The Happy Co Wellness may modify, pause, or discontinue Light Mail at any time.

If this occurs:

  •  Subscribers will receive mail owed for any billing periods already paid
  •  No future payments will be processed
  •  No refunds will be issued for partial months
  •  Gift purchases will be honoured where possible

 

📨 12. Electronic Communications

When you join Light Mail, you agree to be added to The Happy Co Wellness email list so we can send you occasional updates, inspiration, and important information about your subscription (including any changes or amendments to Light Mail). You can unsubscribe from general emails at any time via the link in our emails, though we may still contact you about essential Light Mail-related matters such as billing, delivery, or service updates.

By subscribing or purchasing Light Mail, you agree to receive all communications electronically.
This includes confirmations, notices, address verification, and renewal reminders.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
