LIGHT MAIL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Light Mail

Light Mail is your monthly moment of real-world magic — a snail-mail experience of intuition, guidance, and gentle encouragement, delivered straight to your letterbox.
Before you join, please take a moment to read these terms so you know exactly what to expect.
They’re here to protect your experience and the energetic integrity of this offering.

By subscribing to Light Mail or purchasing a one-off gift, you agree to the following:

 

1. Subscription, Billing & Gift Purchases

Monthly Subscription

  •  Light Mail operates on a recurring monthly subscription of $14 AUD, billed automatically each month on the date you joined.
  •  Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  •  Because Light Mail uses a Kajabi Ghost Offer, you won’t have an account dashboard — all changes must be made by emailing [email protected].
  •  You can cancel anytime via email. Your cancellation will apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
  •  Refunds are not available once payment has been processed, as each month’s mail is prepared and posted individually.

One-Off Gift Purchases

  •  Light Mail gifts are single, non-renewing purchases.
  •  The recipient is not added to a subscription.
  •  Because gifts are prepared and posted to order, gift purchases are non-refundable once processed.

 

2. What’s Included Each Month

Every Light Mail envelope is lovingly assembled and includes:

  •  1 intuitively selected oracle card
  •  1 monthly letter with guidance for the energy of the moment
  •  1 postcard-sized quote or teaching
  •  1 mini business-card-sized inspiration card

All items are chosen and created with care and intention.

 

3. Fulfilment & Delivery Timing

To keep delivery fair and predictable:

  •  Join or purchase by the 10th of the month → you’ll receive this month’s Light Mail
  •  Join after the 10th → your first mail will arrive the following month

All Light Mail is sent via regular Australia Post with no tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, weather, postal volume, and Australia Post operations.

Postal delays are normal and do not qualify for refunds.

 

4. Address Management

Because Light Mail does not use customer accounts:

  •  You must email [email protected] with any address updates.
  •  Updates must be received before the 10th of the month to apply to the current cycle.

We cannot replace or refund mail sent to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses supplied by the customer.

 

5. Intuitive Oracle Card Selection

Each oracle card included in Light Mail is chosen intuitively — a guided energetic process based on resonance, not personal preference or request.

By joining, you acknowledge that:

  •  You may receive a card you didn’t expect or would not have chosen
  •  Some messages may feel confronting, surprising, or unclear
  •  Intuitive reflection is part of the emotional and spiritual value of Light Mail

Not resonating with your card does not qualify as an error, and is not grounds for a refund or additional replacement.

Often, the message we resist holds the deepest potential for insight.
Light Mail is a ritual of synchronicity, reflection, and intuitive guidance, not a personalised reading service.

 

6. Replacement Policy (Lost or Damaged Mail)

Because Light Mail is sent via untracked post:

  •  Delivery times vary
  •  Postal delays do occur
  •  Australia Post occasionally misroutes or damages mail

If your envelope is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we will happily send one replacement per cycle, when reasonable and where stock allows.

Replacements may differ slightly depending on availability.

 

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

  •  Monthly Light Mail subscription payments
  •  One-off gift purchases
  •  Change of mind
  •  Postal delays or non-delivery
  •  Cards or messages you do not personally resonate with
  •  Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

Each Light Mail envelope is curated, printed, prepared, and mailed individually — this is a handcrafted, prepared-to-order offering.

 

8. Discontinuation of Light Mail

The Happy Co Wellness reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue Light Mail at any time.

If Light Mail is discontinued:

  •  Subscribers will receive all remaining mail for billing cycles already paid
  •  No further payments will be processed
  •  No refunds will be issued for partial months
  •  One-off gifts will be honoured where stock allows

 

9. Disclaimer

Light Mail contains spiritual, intuitive, and reflective content intended for personal growth and wellbeing.

  •  It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
  •  You are responsible for your own emotional responses and interpretations.
  •  The Happy Co Wellness is not liable for any outcomes, interpretations, or personal decisions made as a result of receiving Light Mail.

 

10. Website & Service Availability

Our website and email systems may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or internet issues.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to online services or communications.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Happy Co Wellness is not liable for:

  •  Lost, delayed, or damaged mail
  •  Dissatisfaction with intuitive card selection
  •  Personal interpretation of guidance
  •  Decisions or outcomes based on content received
  •  Postal service errors
  •  Technical issues, delays, or website downtime
  •  Any event beyond our reasonable control

Participation in Light Mail is voluntary and at your discretion.

 

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
