LIGHT CLUB – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Light Club
Light Club is your monthly sanctuary for energy alignment, intuition, and soulful self-care.
 Before you step inside, please take a moment to read these terms so you know exactly what to expect.
 They’re designed to protect both your experience and the energetic integrity of the space.
By joining Light Club, you agree to the following:
1. Membership & Billing
- Light Club operates as a recurring subscription membership with two payment options: $44 AUD billed monthly, or $99 AUD billed quarterly (every 3 months). Payments are processed automatically via your selected payment method.
- Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month via your selected payment method.
- You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing karen@thehappyco.com.au.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Because you receive instant access to all digital content, no refunds are available once payment has been processed.
2. Content & Intellectual Property
- All Light Club materials — meditations, Reiki sessions, videos, PDFs, and recordings — are created by The Happy Co Wellness and protected by copyright.
- Your membership gives you personal access only.
- Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing content without permission isn’t allowed.
- Access to the portal and community is reserved for active members only.
3. Community Guidelines
Light Club is a sacred and supportive space.
 To honour that energy:
- Treat all members with kindness, confidentiality, and respect.
- Keep what’s shared in the group private.
- No judgement, negativity, or self-promotion.
- Breaches of this agreement may result in removal without refund.
This is a space to rise together, not compete or compare.
4. Disclaimer
- Light Club offers spiritual and personal development guidance for self-awareness, energy healing, and wellbeing.
- It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
- You are responsible for your own choices, emotional wellbeing, and participation.
- By joining, you acknowledge that The Happy Co Wellness is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your participation or the use of program materials.
5. Energy Exchange & Boundaries
- Live sessions and group healings are designed for collective growth and energetic support — they are not one-on-one therapy or medical treatments.
- Please honour energetic boundaries and avoid direct personal requests outside of designated sessions.
- For private guidance, you’re always welcome to book a 1:1 session separately.
6. Updates & Modifications
- The Happy Co Wellness may adjust pricing, inclusions, or schedules with reasonable notice.
- Any major changes will be communicated via email.
- Continued participation after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
7. Website Availability
You acknowledge that internet traffic, server maintenance, or technical issues may occasionally impact access to our website and online platforms.
 Accordingly, The Happy Co Wellness cannot be held responsible for any temporary delays, disruptions, or interruptions that are normal in the course of internet use.
You further acknowledge and accept that thehappyco.com.au (including any connected membership or course platforms such as Kajabi) may be unavailable from time to time due to updates, maintenance, or system upgrades.
 While we take care to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or digital services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Happy Co Wellness, including Karen Harrison, any team members, contractors, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of:
- Your use or inability to access our website, programs, or digital content;
- Delays, interruptions, or errors in website performance or online delivery;
- The use of any information, guidance, or services provided through Light Club, Reiki sessions, or Reiki Training courses; or
- Any event beyond our reasonable control.
All information, services, and resources provided by The Happy Co Wellness are offered in good faith for educational and wellbeing purposes.
 While every effort is made to provide accurate and supportive content, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, personal results, or uninterrupted access to our digital platforms.
You agree that your participation and use of our offerings are voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for your own choices, wellbeing, and results.
9. Continuity of the Membership Offering
 The Happy Co Wellness reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue Light Club at any time, at its discretion.
 In the event that Light Club is closed or discontinued, all active memberships — including any promotional or ‘foundation’ memberships — will remain valid until the conclusion of the member’s current paid billing period.
 After that date, no further payments will be processed, and access to membership content and community spaces will cease.
