Our Intention
Light Club is designed to support your spiritual wellbeing through monthly energy work, meditations, and community connection.
 We know life shifts â so weâve kept our policies simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Monthly Membership
- Â Light Club runs on a monthly subscription of $44 AUD, renewing automatically each month.
- Â Your payment provides immediate access to all current and past content while youâre an active member.

2. Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
- Â Cancellations can be made through your member account or by contacting karen@thehappyco.com.au.
- Â Once you cancel, youâll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Â After that date, your access will automatically expire and no further payments will be taken.
Example:
 If your renewal date is the 10th and you cancel on the 7th, youâll still have access until the 10th, and no future payments will occur.

3. Refund Policy
Because you receive instant access to all content and live calls upon joining, payments are non-refundable.
 This policy ensures fairness to all members and honours the energetic exchange for the work and resources provided.

 4. Compassionate Exceptions
In rare cases of financial hardship, duplicate payments, or technical errors, The Happy Co Wellness may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
 Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
 Every case will be reviewed with compassion and fairness.

5. Policy Updates
The Happy Co Wellness may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or within the membership portal.

6. Continuity of the Membership Offering
 The Happy Co Wellness reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue Light Club at any time, at its discretion.
 In the event that Light Club is closed or discontinued, all active memberships â including any promotional or âfoundationâ memberships â will remain valid until the conclusion of the memberâs current paid billing period.
 After that date, no further payments will be processed, and access to membership content and community spaces will cease.
